Jeff is a husband, a father to two boys, an entrepreneur, a woodworker and a volunteer who serves his local community.
He believes in doing the right thing, giving back and always striving to improve.
Although his degree is in Business & Economics, his brain has the logic and efficiency of an engineer.
Jeff & Kim have been married for over 20 years.
They’ve had some great adventures with their boys, Alex & Owen.
Jeff started working in the family printing business at an early age.
Sailing on Lake Erie was a big part of his upbringing.
At 15 Jeff started his own grass cutting business, working his way through college.
After college, Jeff spent 20 years running the family printing business serving long term customers until the business was sold.
He started real estate investing at the age of 23 with a 150-year old 4 family house that needed a lot of help.
Jeff continued investing in single family and multi family houses, commercial, self storage facilities and vacant land for over 29 years (and counting).
Following his parents' example of serving the community Jeff has volunteered for countless local organizations and causes, including serving as President of the Berea Chamber of Commerce, President of Berea City Council and President of the Baldwin Wallace University Alumni Association.
When not working, serving the community or spending time with family Jeff can often be found in his workshop building furniture or tooling around town in his treasured 1930 Model A pickup.
